A Square L Innovate was founded in 2023 with a clear conviction: the modern growth equation only works when talent, technology, and infrastructure reinforce each other — not when they live in separate silos.

We built three connected capabilities: a training ground for future software engineers, a client-facing software delivery arm, and an operational backbone that supports the business systems modern enterprises rely on.

Each division strengthens the others. Learners get real project experience. Clients get software built by a trained, aligned team. Businesses get operational support grounded in the realities of running at scale.

Ashiru Auwal Lawal is a software engineer, technology professional, and Business Relationship Manager. He founded A Square L Innovate to close the gap between digital capability and real business execution.

His background spans software engineering, digital product delivery, and large-scale business systems management — including oversight of corporate POS networks and operational infrastructure across the region.

That combination — technical depth plus operational experience — shapes the entire A Square L model: not just building digital products, but understanding how technology, people, and operational systems must work together to create real business outcomes.
